Your information
KMR CoachingPrivacy policy.
KMR Coaching collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, provide coaching safely, deliver requested resources and understand whether the website is useful.
Who is responsible
KMR Coaching is responsible for information submitted through this website. Privacy questions can be sent to kev@kmrcoaching.co.uk.
Information collected
- Name, email, optional phone number, coaching interest and message when you submit an enquiry.
- Name, email and marketing preference when you ask for the guide by email.
- Name, email, selected interests and consent when you join the More to come interest list.
- For coaching clients: lifestyle-assessment answers, relevant health-screening notes, programme history, session completion and exercise feedback, weekly check-ins, shared actions, coach responses and progress records.
- One optional client-selected outcome marker, such as weight. Only the client can activate, change, record or correct it; Kev can view the history, provide lifestyle-based advice and request that the client checks their latest entry. Earlier selections, original units, standardised conversions and correction history are retained.
- Secure account identifiers needed to connect a client login to the correct private coaching record.
- Consent records and an audit history of important account and coaching actions.
- Anonymous website actions such as visits, guide downloads and consultation-link clicks.
The anonymous action tracker does not store IP addresses, advertising IDs or cross-site browsing profiles. Please do not include medical information in the general enquiry form; appropriate health screening happens separately before coaching.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to requests, recommend a suitable consultation route, provide the guide when requested, remember future-resource interests and improve the website. For clients, information is also used to assess suitability, design and review personalised coaching, deliver programmes securely and keep an accurate coaching history. Coaching tips and release updates are only sent when you actively opt in. Release announcements are segmented so that you only receive categories you selected, such as mobility resources or training programmes.
Client programmes are prescribed and approved personally by Kev. The website checks the uploaded programme format, assessment link and approved KMR exercise-card coverage, but it does not generate, approve or alter the coaching prescription.
Training, lifestyle and outcome information is presented as evidence with context. It is not used to diagnose a condition, calculate a success or failure score, or automatically change a programme, nutrition guidance or lifestyle instruction.
Health-related information and consent
Some assessment answers, discomfort reports and progress notes may reveal information about health. KMR limits this information to what is reasonably necessary for safe, appropriate coaching and records the applicable lawful basis and special-category condition. Where KMR relies on explicit consent, that consent is recorded separately and can be withdrawn by contacting KMR. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal, but it may limit the coaching KMR can safely provide.
Optional outcome tracking is disabled by default. It is activated only after an agreed purpose and routine have been discussed with the client. Clients can ask Kev to pause future reminders or disable the marker without the website interpreting that choice.
Retention and sharing
Enquiry, guide-request and future-interest information is reviewed periodically and removed when it is no longer needed. Anonymous action totals may be retained for longer to compare website performance over time. KMR does not sell personal information. Information is only shared with service providers when necessary to operate the website or meet a legal obligation. Resend processes enquiry details solely to deliver website notifications. Supabase provides secure client authentication; coaching records and assessment content remain within KMR’s private website database. Programme PDFs remain protected inside the private client area. Approved client-share exercise cards are published separately to KMR’s controlled website card registry; private coach-only Library material is not published.
Client coaching records are protected by verified sign-in, role-based server checks and exact record ownership. Clients can access only their own records; administrator actions are restricted and important changes are recorded in the audit history. Retention periods are reviewed against the purpose of the record rather than keeping information indefinitely just in case.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw a marketing opt-in at any time by emailing KMR. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your ability to enquire about coaching. Every release email includes a direct unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.
