Cancellation policy.

Clear notice protects reserved coaching time and helps KMR offer appointments fairly.

24 hours’ notice

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel a booked session. A late cancellation or no-show normally counts as the session and is not refunded.

Emergencies

Genuine emergencies are considered fairly at Kev’s discretion. Contact KMR as soon as reasonably possible rather than waiting until after the appointment.

Late arrival

A session will usually still finish at its scheduled time. Where lateness makes the session unsafe or impractical, it may be treated as a late cancellation.

If KMR cancels

If KMR needs to cancel, the session will be rearranged or credited. KMR is not responsible for indirect costs caused by a changed appointment.

Package timing

Any package expiry or pause arrangement is confirmed when you book. Contact KMR early if injury, illness or another significant circumstance affects your package.
